TechNest ("we", "us", "our") runs a small honest tech-accessories store in Hyderabad. We collect only what we need to take, deliver and support your order — and we never sell your data to anyone.

- Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, email (optional), and your order items — needed to deliver your order and keep order records.
- Cart, wishlist and account data: stored in your own browser (localStorage on this device) so your shopping session works without accounts.
- Basic usage data: pages you visit and device type, used to make the site work better. This site currently has no third-party analytics or ad trackers.
- Optional enquiries: anything you send us via the contact form, WhatsApp or phone so we can help you.
3. How we use it
- To process, deliver and confirm your orders.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
- To send order updates only — we will not spam you.
- To improve products and this website.
4. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery. If you pay online via our checkout, payment details are collected and handled directly by the payment provider we integrate with — we never see or store your full card details.
5. What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We never share your data with advertisers for targeting.
- We never ask for your OTP, CVV or internet banking password. Anyone doing so is not us — report it to 9700 300 518.
6. How long we keep it
Order-related details are kept only as long as needed for delivery, returns and local legal requirements (tax records). You can request deletion anytime.
7. Your choices
- Clear your browser storage to wipe your local cart and wishlist.
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal data held by the store — we will act within 30 days.
- Contact us before selling on any second-hand purchase if you have concerns about data.
8. Children
TechNest is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the latest version.
